Our Policies
Postage
We charge only the actual postage for orders that can be mailed. Postage is subject to GST/HST tax and will be added to your invoice.
Other Canada Post charges (added to order if applicable):
- Oversize parcel (1 metre) – $10.00
- C.O.D. $7.25
Postal Service
Our standard mailing service for orders is Expedited Parcel: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba (1 to 2 days). Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic provinces (4 to 7 days)
Cheques & Money Orders
If paying by cheque/money order please add $10.00 to cheque/money order total to cover the cost of postage. We will refund the excess when we ship the order.
Shipping Information
Parts Shipping
Greyhound: Our standard shipping method for items that cannot be mailed (paint, gas tank sealer and heavy or bulky items such as mufflers, bumpers, sheet metal and tires, etc.) is prepaid via Greyhound with the shipping cost added to your invoice. We have negotiated a very reasonable prepaid shipping rate with Greyhound and encourage our customers to request this service.
You may also request Greyhound if you do not want the order mailed.
Catalogue Shipping
Our catalogues ship for a flat rate across Canada (current shipping prices available upon checkout). We ship them via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Other Couriers
If you prefer to ship via DHL, Purolator or UPS we must have your DHL, Purolator or UPS account number before the order is shipped. We do not ship collect.
Returns
We guarantee parts to be of high standard. If you are not satisfied, parts may be returned prepaid, within 30 days, accompanied with a copy of the original invoice and brief note stating reason for return. Parts returned must be in good resale condition.
Out of Stock Items
Items out of stock will be back ordered. If we do not expect to receive the part within a reasonable time we will notify you by mail when to reorder.

We try to maintain all prices in our catalogues; however, prices are subject to change without notice.
